The Birth of an Association

All started while the storm of crisis was biting the global economy. While the huge paper castle built buy the financial titans was collapsing under the mortgages insolvency, a small group of friends started reflecting on the crisis concentrating on what future would be expecting the Italian economy and “made in Italy”.

The meeting point for this small and avant-garde fellowship was a Milanese bar called Le Tre Marie. We had all know each other for a long time and that bar, usually populated by aged ladies and back-end workers of the fashion industry, represented the natural epicenter of our homes.

Located in front of  the ex-movie theater, now catwalk kingdom of Dolce&Gabbana, we would meet on Saturday mornings for a coffee, some orange juice and a sandwich. The link among us was the long time connection with Domus Accademy.
